If you need help with troubleshooting your instrumentation we can help in three ways.
- Firstly we suggest contacting our remote support because many problems can be solved with the help of one of our service technicians either via the phone or PC
- If it is not possible to solve the problem with remote support, you can send us the equipment for test or setup and we can calibrate a lot of equipment as well if needed
- We can also send a technician on board to help you troubleshoot the equipment if needed
