CS 35 Safety Valve

The proportional safety valve type CS 35 gradually opens from the set pressure to full lift at 10-20 % overpressure and is recommended for viscous liquids such as oil. The insert is provided with holes that guide the cone proportionally and thereby limits the capacity relative to the overpressure. The maintenance of the valve is very simple. Can only be supplied with cap / hood.

Small Blowdown for Optimal Performance

The small blowdown of CS safety valves allows the working pressure to stay close to the set pressure, minimizing fluid discharge while maintaining stable operating conditions.

This design helps to re-establish normal working conditions quickly, reducing waste and improving system performance.

Maintaining Your CS 35 Safety Valve: Essential Guidelines

To ensure the CS 35 safety valve operates correctly, conduct routine inspections. Regularly renew the gasket pack to prevent any leakage between the valve’s interior and exterior, which can pose serious safety risks due to high pressure, high temperatures, and the potential for creating explosive atmospheres.

For optimal performance, make sure to do a service inspection and maintenance at least every two years, provided there is no leakage between the seats. If the valve ceases to function, perform an immediate check before shutting down to address any necessary maintenance promptly.
