DMK 458

The DMK 458 pressure transmitter from BD Sensors is developed for marine and offshore applications. Additionally, to the thread connections, different flush versions are available, which are particularly suitable for pasty, viscous, and polluted media.

The capacitive ceramic sensor specifically designed for BD Sensors is making is making the DMK 458 a remarkable accuracy, as well as a high overload and temperature resistance. This option is available in Al2O3 99.9.

Standard DMK 458 Features

The DMK 458 pressure transmitter is precise and has the following features that benefits you:

  • Nominal pressure: 0 ... 40 mbar up to 0 ... 20 bar
  • Accuracy: 0.25 % (opt. 0.1 %) FSO
  • Shipping approvals: American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Bureau Veritas (BV), China Classification Society (CCS), Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Germanischer Lloyd (GL), Lloyd's Register (LR)
  • High overpressure resistance
  • Exceptional accuracy.

To meet the shipping approval mentioned above and make sure the sensor is applicable for the special requirements within shipbuilding and offshore extensive tests had to be passed.
