DCL 571

The DCL 571 is a stainless-steel probe from BD Sensors, which is developed to measure level in wastewater, sludge, or water courses. The probe has a flush ceramic diaphragm that has a mechanical vigor that makes it easy to disassemble and clean in case of service of the probe.

Furthermore, the DCL 571 is available with a RS485 interface.

Moreover, the outside-diameter is only 22 mm, which makes easy to install, back fitting 1” tubes, or in confined fitting conditions.

Standard DCL 571 Features

The DCL 571 submersible probe is precise and has the following features that benefits you:

  • Nominal pressure: 0 ... 1 mH2O up to 0 ... 100 mH2O
  • Accuracy: 0.35% (opt. 0.35 %) FSO
  • Output signal: RS485 with Modbus RTU protocol
  • Diameter 22 mm
  • Exceptional long-term stability.

The probe is using the RS485 interface, which is based on the communication protocol by Modbus RTU. Thus, it is an open protocol where the data is transferred in binary form.
