Power supply units (PSU) from Weber Sensors are designed for operating 24 VDC sensors (e.g., flow and vent sensors) on AC voltage networks. 

  • 8010/8020 (relay output): Suitable for PNP switching sensors or sensors with an analog output signal.
  • 8011/8021 (relay output): Intended for NPN switching sensors.
  • 8010/8011 (optocoupler output): Appropriate for both PNP and NPN switching sensors.

Type 802x: Supply Unit 8020 and 8021

Type 8020 and 8021 features a 24 VDC transformer rectifier, a switching circuit with a potential-free single-pole double-throw switching contact, and an integrated LED indicating the switching status.

The housing, available for Type 8020 and 8021, is a clamp housing IP40 suitable for standard bars, allowing installation in switch cabinets or similar environments.

Type 801x: Supply Unit 8010 and 8011

Type 801x: Supply Unit 8010 and 8011 optocoupler

Type 8010 and 8011 with optocoupler output, incorporates a 24 VDC power supply and a switching stage with optocoupler output featuring a potential-free switching contact. An integrated LED indicates the switching status.

PNP or NPN switching sensors

PNP-switching sensors or sensors with an analog output signal

  • Activation of a switch signal upon connection of an analog signal, controlling an integrated relay at a fixed threshold of 50% of the max. input signal
  • Allows varying switching points for adjustable flow and vent captors

For NPN-switching sensors

  • The output relay is directly controlled by the sensor's switching output
