The Flow-Captor 422x.80/.81M is a series of compact and accurate flow switches with an analog temperature output and an analog display. These devices come housed in a sturdy stainless steel casing and operate using the calorimetric principle. The Flow-Captor enables precise adjustment of the desired flow level and can effectively measure flow rates even under low-flow conditions.

High-Precision Flow Monitor for Water and Oil Solutions

The flow switch is designed for monitoring water or oil-based solutions, even under pressures of up to 100 bar. 

With separate adjustments available for both the "range" and "set-point," you have full control over the monitoring parameters. The device features an analog display that shows the real-time flow rate, along with a clear indication of the set-point value. Plus, an LED display keeps you informed of the output status.

It comes with ISO 9001:2015, and depending on your needs, it is availabel in following version:

  • 4220.8xM S140 /  4221.8xM S140 (Brad-Harrison-plug)
  • 4220.8xM S141 / 4221.8xM S141 (Binder-plug)
  • 4220.8xM S142 / 4221.8xM S142 (UV-protected cable)
  • 4220.8xMK / 4221.8xMK (cooling version up to 130 °C)
