The MDA 26 indicator functions as both a voltmeter and a temperature-measuring device. It is a member of a collection of digital panel instruments that provide direct process value display or programmable indirect indication.
This instrument was specifically designed to minimize stock costs and offers customers versatile programming options for use as a U-/I- or Pt100 measuring instrument. Calibration is initially performed at the factory but can also be conducted in the field.
The MDA 26 digital indicator, designed for speed and frequency measurement, is part of a series of digital panel instruments that provide direct process value display or programmable indirect indication.
The incorporated software enables intuitive menu-based programming and operation.
This instrument is versatile and can be used as either a frequency or speed-measuring device.
Depending on the selection, it supports the connection of various types of sensors, including single-line shaft encoders, non-contact three-wire pickups with PNP or NPN output, magnet-inductive two-wire pickups, NAMUR pickups following DIN 19234 standards, or AC-tacho-generators.
Supply voltages are available for the pickups. By utilizing the programming feature, the input frequency can be assigned to nearly any desired value for indirect indication.
